Our school identifies ministry leaders early and helps them identify their strengths. At LEAD PRO we believe the best ministry leaders come from the intention of replacing ourselves with someone better than us.
Ministry leaders belong to God. Therefore this school sends them where he is calling them. We help them to find where that is, and how to get there.
The Program
LEAD PRO is a 3 year school. The program includes theological study, ministry and evangelical experience, conference style leadership education, and service. Students get hands on experience through local ministry, and also over the border mission trips. There are multiple opportunities for students to gain leadership skills from seasoned ministry leaders. Do you have what it takes to be a LEAD PRO?
